Custom & Personalized Items

Because our products are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at uvengraving101@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Please contact us before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun on your custom item and cancellation may not be possible.
